All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. Processing time includes order verification, quality checks, and packaging. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
In case of high order volume or unforeseen circumstances, processing times may be slightly delayed. Customers will be notified if there is a significant delay.

Garzen Home currently ships to the UAE and selected international locations. Availability of shipping may vary depending on the destination.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the order is canceled by Garzen Home.

- UAE: 3–7 business days
- International: 7–21 business days

Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. Garzen Home is not responsible for delays or charges caused by customs authorities.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (if available). Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.
Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery
Please ensure that all shipping details are accurate at checkout. Garzen Home is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to failed delivery, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and order details. We will review the issue and assist according to our policies.
Shipping Delays
